You can find this comfortable, independent apartment (flat) for rent in the centre of Budapest, in the VII. district, at Garay square (ter). It is a central district of Budapest, with nice historical houses were built 1880-1910.

The Garay square: Every houses around is freshly renovated, in the middle of the square there is a new shopping - and living center (called Garay center), it was opened in August 2008. It contains a very good public food market and underground parking availability also.

The sights of Budapest easy accessible from here by walking, or a few stops by Underground. The Eastern Railway Station (called "Keleti pályaudvar") and the Underground station "Keleti palyaudvar" (M2 line) is 5 minutes walking distance,  there you will find stops of several buses, night buses and trolley-buses also.

The City Park (Varosliget) is 5 minutes walking distance in the opposite direction. It is the largest green belt on the Pest side of Budapest with magnificent buildings and monuments were built at the end of 19th century, for the Millenary celebrations: Heroes' Square (Hősök tere), and Millennium Underground are included in the Hungary's World Heritage sites; the Museum of Fine Arts, Palace of Arts, Vajdahunyad castle are the places what all the tourist must see. City Park also offers entertainments for family with children: here you will find the Zoo, the Funfair, the Grand Circus, and a boating lake (in winter it is Europa's biggest open air skating ring). If you want to enjoy a very nice historical spa bath the Szechenyi Medical Bath is for you -it is very popular in winter also - there is thermal water in the swimming pools and in the open air sections. (The famous Gellert Thermal Bath you can also reach easy from the apartment by number 7 buses)

    -  Syma Sport -and Event Centre

The HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center and the Kincsem Park  is easy accessible by public transport, or 5-10 minutes by car.

Description of the apartment:

This nicely furnished, 2 bedrooms apartment can accomodate 1 – 4 persons.
The apartment is 46m², consist of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedrooms have separate entrances.

Room 1.:	2 single beds (together like a king size double bed) TV watching / living area with a glass covered table and 3 armchairs, cable television with English, German, French, and Hungarian channels, a wardrobe, a writing-table with lamp and a chair, free Internet access with your laptop (WIFI / WLAN or cable connection) a ventilator in summer
Room 2.:	2 single beds, a wardrobe a suitcase holder with a shelf for the provided many useful Budapest prospectus
Kitchen:	gas range with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, a table with 3 chairs, 2 kind of coffee maker, kitchen utilities (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots,..), kitchen clothes, iron, iron board, washing liquid
Bathroom:	with bath-tub and centrally provided warm water, hair-drier, towels, soap, shampoo
Toilet:	separated
Balcony:	4 m^2- it can be safe storage place for your bicycles

The hot water and the heating is centrally provided in the house. The bed linens, towels are provided with the apartment.
The apartment can be found on the V. floor, there is lift (elevator) in the house.

Minimum staying: 2 nights in period 21. Sept. - 31. March
                             3 nights in period 1. April - 20 Sept.
There is cleaning charge at 2 nights staying, it is 15 Euro / with own bedclothes only 7 Euro (over 2 nights staying you don't have to pay it).

Price reduction for family with children under 12 years old:

3 adults + 1 child = 3 adults price (100% reduction)
2 adults + 2 children = 3 adults price (50% reduction)

8-14 nights staying: -10% price reduction.
Pets: 6 Euro/night
The price includes all charges and taxes, the towels and bed linens are provided.

About parking:

Free parking: 
    - in the streets around the house (in VII. distr.) on weekends: from Friday 18 o'clock to Monday morning 8 o'clock, and on holidays
    - there is a big parking area in 5 min. walking (for several hundred cars)
Cheap parking: 

 - in the underground garage (0-24 h) of Garay Shopping Center, just in front of the house - only 1200 HUF/day (4-5 Euro/day!), and free
      night parking (18-08 o'clock) until 1. April 2010.  The 1 hour fee: 100 HUF (0,37 Euro), 1 hour free

    - watched, open air places (0-24 h) in 2 min. walking - about 6 Euro/day, 26-32 Euro/week
    - in the streets around the house (in VII.distr.) on weekdays 8 - 18 o'clock, charge: 0,6 Euro/hour, you can pay max. 2 or 3 hours
